We are proud to have a team of dedicated professionals representing Lifting Solutions at MEALF 2025. Our President and CEO, David Labonte, will be joined by Shane Fleck, Vice President of Endless Rod Operations and General Manager Oman, and Richard Hogman, Vice President Sales.

Shane Fleck, our Vice President Endless Rod Operations and General Manager Oman, is also a valued MEALF Committee Member who plays a crucial role in shaping the future of artificial lift technologies. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Shane has been instrumental in expanding Lifting Solutions’ operations in Oman.

A paper titled “Coated Continuous Sucker Rod Reduces Fatigue Failures,” authored by Lonnie Dunn, our Engineering and Manufacturing Vice President, Richard Hogman, Shane Fleck, and Ryan Rowan, our Technical and Application Support Director, will be presented during MEALF.

Founding Lifting Solutions in 2014 starting with three employees the company has grown to over 300 employees across three countries, David has set the vision and the mission for Lifting Solutions and continues to push for proven performance in every aspect of our organization.

As President & CEO, David’s 25-plus years of experience in the oil and gas, and artificial lift systems industry has provided the global insight our organization has needed to build high-performance people, products, and services that aim to optimize artificial lift production systems better than anyone in the market.

David leads our leadership team with curiosity and trust; he pushes for everyone to go hard at problems and expect a lot from our colleagues so we can continue to grow and deliver our value promise to our clients, that when they work with Lifting Solutions, they Experience Performance.

Shane has over 30 years of experience operating, managing, and leading artificial lift operations and teams. Working throughout North and South America, Asia, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East Shane has established a deep understanding of fit-for-purpose Endless Rod services across all applications and regions. As Lifting Solutions Vice President Endless Rod Operations International and General Manager for Oman, Shane leads our operations and manages our Salalah, Oman manufacturing facility. He is an integral member of our leadership team and his contributions deliver results for our Middle East operations.

Richard leads our sales and business development teams as the Sales Vice President for Lifting Solutions. With over 25 years of oil and gas experience, Richard is well-versed in both Progressing Cavity Pumps and Endless Rod applications. Richard works with both direct clients and industry partners to deliver our superior artificial lift products across the globe.
