Whether your Endless Rod product is coming from Oman or Canada, you can be sure the quality and care taken to manufacture the product is the same. We achieve consistent, quality products through effective process systems that are easily implemented and understood across the manufacturing plant.

Process & Quality

All our raw materials and manufacturing information are tracked and digitally stored to ensure our team has full visibility and traceability on all our materials. We have a team of dedicated quality assurance individuals who have built a robust and rigorous process control system that allows us to inspect the products being produced as they are manufactured, rather than waiting for the final inspection.

Inspections

Our facilities are equipped with a state-of-the-art, metallurgical laboratory to support manufacturing, rod inspection or failure analysis, auditing, competency, and certification programs.

Materials

Our supply chain and manufacturing team source the highest quality materials from reputable suppliers. Why? Because we understand the importance of having the integrity of the raw material be top of the line to produce our superior sucker rod.

Our Endless Rod and Progressing Cavity Pump products are manufactured in Canada and our Endless Rod products are also manufactured in Oman, we ship our products around the world, delivering the experience and performance our clients have come to expect from any of Lifting Solutions products.

Our ~75,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada has a design output of over 8,000,000 feet per year of Endless Rod.

In 2022, we opened a ~40,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Salalah, Oman, with a design output of over 6,500,000 feet per year.
