State-of-the-art Artificial Lift Facilities
As our client base expands across borders and demand for our innovative products and services grows, we have invested in our manufacturing and engineering capabilities and capacity to meet the demand. To tackle our clients’ challenges head-on, and improve run times, a vertically integrated and agile approach is needed. That is why Lifting Solutions has full in-house research and design, engineering, testing, rotor and stator manufacturing, applications engineering, and welding shop all done in-house, by our experienced team.
Our clients experience performance when they use our products and it starts with quality manufacturing.
Our ~ 75,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada has a design output of over 8,000,000 feet per year of Endless Rod and over 10,000 Progressing Cavity Pumps (PCP) per year. We are one of the largest manufacturers for continuous sucker rods and PCP’s in North America, and we ship across the globe from this location. On average, we ship ~5,000,000 of ER and over 4000 pcp a year across the globe from the Canadian manufacturing plant.
In 2022, we opened a ~40,000 sq ft Endless Rod manufacturing facility in Salalah, Oman, with a design output of over 6,500,000 feet per year. Delivering our superior continuous rod to the Middle East, India, and Eastern Europe.
Both facilities are under ISO 9001-2015 certification, ensuring our products are manufactured to deliver the experience and the performance our clients expect from Lifting Solutions.
Equipment
Lifting Solutions uses the latest technology in our manufacturing processes for all our artificial lift products. Technology continues to evolve at a rapid pace around the globe. Once the product line, manufacturing plant, and process is established, it is difficult and costly to make changes or improvements. By taking advantage of years of experience in the continuous rod and progressing cavity pump manufacturing industry, Lifting Solutions has built multiple modern manufacturing and distribution centers with a strong technical framework and optimal equipment.

Quality Testing and Comprehensive Trials
The Canadian manufacturing facility is home to our core research and development team where we test and trial new products, as well as quality test all products being manufactured.
Automation and Optimization
The Lifting Solutions Automation team is based out of the Canadian manufacturing facility where our engineering and design team build our patented EnerSaver technology – optimizing oil production and providing immediate OPEX and CAPEX reductions for our clients.
Welding & Repair Services Close to the Wellsite
We understand how critical it is to keep your wells up and running. That is why, Lifting Solutions has base facilities in key regions to service, repair and weld products when it is needed. We call this our pin-to-pin facilities. We have 9 pin-to-pin Endless Rod bases in Canada. In 2021, we expanded our operations into the USA with product distribution and pin-to-pin facility and full-service fleet in Midland, Texas and Williston, North Dakota.
