Our flagship base operations are based out of our Midland, Texas location where we have the most modern pin-to-pin plant in the industry delivering welding and inspection services on-site.

From here, we distribute Endless Rod and Progressing Cavity Pump products across the USA. We also service Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, and beyond.

We have a second USA-dedicated service base in Williston, North Dakota delivering exceptional service and shipping superior products to the Bakken region and surrounding states.

Endless Rod

Lifting Solutions Endless Rod is a global leader in continuous sucker rod manufacturing, service and application engineering expertise. Our Endless Rod is suitable for a multitude of well conditions in reciprocating rod pump (RRP) and progressing cavity pump (PCP) applications.

We have the largest range of sizes and grades starting from 3/4” up to 1-3/16” to accommodate almost any well application requirement. Our state-of-the-art industry-leading pin-to-pin facility enables us to build quality custom strings safely and consistently for any continuous rod application. Our field services technicians are certified to weld both round and elliptical continuous rod that is manufactured by Lifting Solutions and our competitors. We have the logistics, people, and equipment to support our clients whether that is transferring rod, cutting rod on location, or transporting products to and from well sites we have what it takes to support you safely and efficiently.

ProgressiNG Cavity Pumps

Progressing Cavity Pumps (PCP) are an efficient and effective artificial lifting system used in a variety of industries including oil and gas across the United States. PCP’s have a lower capital cost than most other forms of artificial lift.

Lifting Solutions saw an opportunity to innovate the PCP system with a focus on reducing cost and improving energy efficiency. We assembled a world-class team and built a manufacturing plant in Edmonton, Alberta where we design, engineer, and manufacture both the rotor and the stator to ensure quality Progressing Cavity pumps are performing across the globe.

Endless Rod Service

We have over 35 Endless Rod rigs, the largest service fleet in North America.

Our full suite of well-service equipment is engineered for safety and efficiency. Our rigs incorporate automation that reduces crew size and the risk of work being performed. In addition, our service equipment is designed to be self-sufficient, reducing the number of personnel and assets at the well site.

Our Endless Rod rigs feature a mast-mounted, hydraulically deployed continuous rod gripper with a pull capability of up to 50,000 lbs. and a derrick rated to 70,000 lbs. Our rigs are equipped with jointed rod tongs and are capable of safely and efficiently pulling and laying down jointed sucker rod strings.

With over 23 years working in artificial lift for the oil and gas sector, Curtis brings substantial value to our operations team as Vice President Endless Rod Operations North America. Curtis is responsible for our Endless Rod product line and service division in Canada and the USA. He works alongside our engineering and client solutions teams to ensure our products are performing and our service teams are providing the experience our clients have grown to expect from the largest service fleet in North America.

Curtis is active in the boardroom and in the field; his humble and thoughtful leadership capabilities continue to motivate and push our teams to strive for optimal performance.
