  With almost 15 years of experience, Karthik leads Lifting Solutions’ materials engineering group. He specializes in polymeric materials development – elastomers, thermoplastics and thermosets, formulations development for oil and gas applications. His extensive experience includes developing manufacturing processes including continuous extrusion and tandem extrusion. His specialization with materials has led to the engineering and development of our renowned elastomer and coating materials for several of our high-performing products.

That is why we have Lonnie Dunn, Vice President Engineering and Manufacturing, with over 30 years of experience in artificial lift, leading our engineering, applications, testing and product development teams as they continue to innovate and lead our company to outperform the market.

  Lonnie’s specialized focus is on the design, evaluation, manufacturing, and application of artificial lift systems, specifically the Progressing Cavity Pumps and Continuous Rod applications at Lifting Solutions. He is the author of the PC Pump Workshop curriculum, showcasing his depth of knowledge and commitment to advancing the field. Lonnie leads his teams with a mentorship approach and empowers them to be curious, challenge the status quo, and deliver high-performance solutions to some of the world’s toughest lift challenges.
